There are 3 convenient options to book your party. You can reserve your party online, in person or by calling (630) 820-8460. Please note that there is a $50.00 non-refundable deposit that is required at the time of booking to reserve your scheduled slot.
How far in advance should I reserve my party?
The sooner you reserve your party the more likely you are to get a time slot/day that you would prefer. We do the best that we can to accommodate any short notice parties. We do have people book upwards of six weeks to reserve their parties.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit itself is non-refundable, but it can be applied to one reschedule of the party within a month of the original party date.
What is provided with my party?
All parties include a private party room, paper products, invitations, party set-up and clean up, personal attendant for the duration of your party and one drink per child. Depending on the package you reserve, it may include pizza.
How early should we arrive for our party?
We ask that you arrive no earlier than ten-fifteen minutes prior to your party start time, as we do have other parties and events going on prior to yours.
Are all of the parties private?
We offer private and semi-private parties depending on the package you reserve. The following parties are private: 15 Kid Bounce and 25 Kid Bounce. The Rockwall parties are all semi-private two parties at a time not the public.
Are adults able to participate on the equipment?
Adults are more than welcome to assist their children on the equipment. All adults as well as children are required to have socks on to go on the equipment. Adults are welcome to help just not play.
Can we bring in decorations?
We supply white paper products as well as red and blue table covers in all of the party rooms. If you are going with a theme, please feel free to bring your own decorations. We do not allow confetti or silly string due to excessive clean-up. Any excessive clean-up will result in a $25 fee clean-up fee. Piñatas are allowed but pull string only for the safety of the children
Can I bring my own food and/or drinks?
You may bring in your cake, candles, and goody bags. Other than those items, we do not allow any outside food or drinks to be brought in.
When do I place my order for food?
If you would like to purchase any pizza or drinks for your party, it can be done at the start of your party. Your party attendant will approach you when you arrive for your party and gather your order.
Can parents drop off their children for my party?
Child drop-offs are allowed for reserved parties only. We will ask for their waivers as well as a contact number prior to the departure of the parent/guardian.
At what age do you charge for children?
Children must be walking to be on equipment. All children on equipment to age 18 will be counted in the party guest total.
Do you charge for adults?
There is no charge for accompanying adults.
When is payment required?
We require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your party but the remaining balance is due at the end of your party.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payments.
What area is included for free delivery?
Delivery is free within Aurora, Naperville, Plainfield, Oswego, Sugar Grove, and Yorkville. For an area not listed, please call (630) 820-8460 and we may be able to deliver for a fee.
What surface can the inflatable be set-up on?
It is preferred that all inflatables are set-up on a grass surface. If an asphalt set-up is required, there is a $25 hard surface set-up fee. We do ask that we are notified prior to set-up that it will be an asphalt set-up so we can bring different set-up equipment. Level ground is also very important for securing the inflatable.
Are you insured?
We are fully insured.
Is a deposit required?
We do not require a deposit in case weather is bad on the day of your event. Bounce Town has the right to cancel a reservation based on severe weather and/or wind. If the weather is uncertain, we will leave the decision up to you if you would like to take it or not. Once the inflatable is delivered, full payment is due upon delivery and no refund will be made in case of a rain-out during your event.
Can I cancel a reservation?
You may cancel a reservation, but we do ask for at least 24 hours notice.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as forms of payment.
How can I check availability and reserve for a certain date?
At this time all bookings for rentals are done over the phone. We can be contacted at (630) 820-8460 to check availability or reserve for your event.
What is required to supply power?
We need an outlet within 100ft of the bouncer. The bouncer blower pulls around 10 amp of power so the circuit needs to be on a 20 amps breaker. If an outlet cannot be provided, a generator can be rented out for an additional cost.
